Getting your home sale-ready with staging

Staging helps buyers picture themselves living in the space. It makes rooms feel brighter, more spacious, and well cared for—so your property stands out from the moment it’s photographed and viewed.
The Home Staging Association Ireland reports that staged homes get 71% more viewings, and that 75% of staged properties went sale agreed above asking compared with unstaged homes.

Home Staging Consultation

(fee can be deducted from your final staging invoice when you proceed with a full staging package)

A full walkthrough of your property with practical, room-by-room guidance. You’ll receive a clear action plan and flag what will make the biggest difference before you go to market. After the visit, you’ll receive a clear, room-by-room report with recommended improvements, small repairs, and styling priorities to help you list with confidence.
