Declutter and edit plan (what stays, what goes)
Repositioning existing furniture for flow and space
Styling with soft furnishings and accessories (as needed)
Light sourcing/rental where required (e.g., lamps, cushions, art)
Final room-by-room finishing touches for photos and viewings
Vacant Full Staging (Furniture + Installation)
Quoted as 0.5%–2% of the asking price (or a fixed quote depending on the property)
Best for empty homes where you want buyers to immediately understand scale, layout, and lifestyle. Includes:
Staging concept and layout plan
Furniture and accessory sourcing/rental
Delivery, installation, and full styling
Photography-ready finish and presentation standards
